The Spanish hotel chain Sol Meliá, together with a group of partners (Caja Mediterráneo-CAM, Invernostra and Caja Duero) has acquired the Hotel Sky Barcelona. The hotel will be added to the Sol Meliá portfolio under a management agreement through the ME by Meliá brand.
